Polymargin is a prediction market trading terminal that aggregates publicly available data from Polymarket via its CLOB and Gamma APIs. The platform provides:

In its current phase, Polymargin does not execute real trades, hold user funds, or operate a financial exchange. The leverage functionality is a simulation interface only. All trade execution takes place on Polymarket's platform, not on Polymargin.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using Polymargin, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms, and that your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region.

Residents of jurisdictions where prediction market trading, leveraged trading, or related activities are prohibited are not permitted to use this platform. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your use.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this platform to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system or its data sources; scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data in ways that impose unreasonable load; distribute malware or engage in any activity that could damage or impair the platform; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to reverse-engineer any aspect of the platform's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Polymargin platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is the intellectual property of Polymargin and its contributors. Market data displayed on the platform originates from Polymarket and is subject to Polymarket's own terms and licensing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Polymargin's proprietary content without express written permission.

6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, tools, and interfaces are provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make based on information displayed on this platform.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. Market data is sourced from third-party APIs and may contain delays, gaps, or errors that are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polymargin and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from trading decisions made based on data displayed on the platform, liquidations, or platform downtime.

This platform interfaces with Polymarket's public API. Your use of Polymarket's platform is governed by Polymarket's own Terms of Service. Polymargin has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or responsibility for Polymarket's platform, policies, or operations.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
